9-13 February 2010:

Stockholm Furniture Fair. Wardrobe, linen cupboard and sideboard. I will be presenting a new collection of storage furniture, STALLARHOLMEN, during the Stockholm Furniture Fair week.

25 April 2009:

Design Passion exhibition. A conceptual hotel room installation with the theme rivers and journeys.

4-8 February 2009:

Stockholm Furniture Fair. The finishing touches are in place and now my sliding bed STRIPE will be officially launched by Lectus at the stockholm furniture fair. Stand A29:11. Come and rest your weary feet!

5 February 2009:

Pecha Kucha at Berns. Come and be inspired! I will be taking part in the all-girl pecha kucha night at Berns in Stockholm, starting 20.20. My theme is INSPIRATION:RESULT. there will be 9 other interesting ladies also showing 20 pictures each for 20 seconds. Check out pecha-kucha.org. See you there!

14 January 2009: Önska Scholarship.

I am honoured to have received the Önska 2008 design scholarship of 20 000kr for DOTTY. The jury was made up of Eva Kumlin (managing director of Svensk Form), Ingegerd Råman (glass and ceramics guru) and Her Ladyship Marianne Bernadotte (widow of the great industrial designer, the late Prince Sigvard Bernadotte). The delightful award dinner was held at the Van Der Nootska palace in Stockholm.

2 june 2008:

Interior architect at AIX. I am glad to have been offered a job at AIX Arkitekter. I will therefore no longer be accepting interior design assignments within my own firm but you are more than welcome to contact me via AIX.

19-25 may 2008:

Examination day Beckmans College of Design. The world premiere of my two short films ORIGAMI and FUJISAN will be on the films are about human interaction with space and the creation of space through movement and play. i will also be showing dotty and TARTAN publically for the first time. the exhibition continues until 25 may 2008. welcome!

15 april to 11 maj 2008:

Exhibition Kulturhuset, Stockholm. Another chance to see LIBRA at Galleri K1, Kulturhuset. Entrance from Sergels Torg.

Spring 2008:

Examination project. I am currently working hard on the final project of my bachelors degree at Beckmans College of Design. My day-to-day thoughts and labour are documented on my weblog www.marcia.webblogg.se. Check it out! Opening day for the final exhibition is 19 may 2008 - welcome one and all!

6-10 february 2008:

Stockolm Furniture Fair. Welcome to stand V02:40 in the Greenhouse where sketches, models and a prototype of the children's furniture LIBRA will be on exhibition. in stand A24:25

22 november 2007:

Winter Fire-flies exhibition. The reading lamp ROCKNROLL will be participating at a lighting exhibition at the Riga College of Design and Arts.

12-21 october 2007:

"Till någon" exhibition. Welcome to artroom in Vaxholm, where one PAVEMENT brooch will be on exhibition together with other brooches by the silversmith group Laddat.

30 august to 2 september 2007:

Stand design at Formex. Welcome to stand AG:08 at the Formex fair and witness Perla's fantastic jewellery in a dressing room environment.

29-30 september 2007:

STREET market's jewellery and accessories weekend. Who says diamonds are a girl's best friend? The CRYSTAL collection consists of unique necklaces made from vintage crystal prisms from a 1920's chandelier. Sharing a stand with sömn eller dröm and cia eriksson. See you there!!!

Autumn 2007:

Kosta Boda scholarship - i'm very proud to have been awarded the Kosta Boda scholarship 2007 for my summer glass collection TARTAN! The prize is an opportunity to develop prototypes together with Kosta Boda's master glassblowers.

23 march 2007:

Radio Love 87,4 MHz - in collaboration with Dramaten. Beckmans second year students designed the set and costumes for Carl-Johan Wallgren's play at Dramaten, Stockholm. Look out for the safety vest seating and cabin trolley designed by myself and Lina Lagerqvist!

February 2007:

Stand on your own competition - I am pleased to have been awarded a prize of 15 000kr and the honour of designing Mitab's 100sqm stand at the upcoming Stockholm Furniture Fair.

16-17 december 2006:

Beckmans annual christmas market. The SPICE collection consisting of handmade christmas decorations in stoneware patterned by aniseed pods will be on sale.See you there!!!

20 november 2006:

Framtidens tapeter. My contribution MING which is part of the BEIJING collection has been chosen as one of 15 finalists in a wallpaper competion held by Eco-boråstapeter and Familjebostäder. All 15 contributions will be exhibited at Kulturhuset in stockholm. Finalists are also awarded a visit to Eco-boråstapeter's factory.

February 2006:

Stockholm Furniture Fair. Welcome to Room 046! Beckmans Form students will be exhibiting the results of a screenprinting workshop in collaboration with defyra in the form of a hotel room. look out for my collapsible children's bed upholstered with my fabric HIDE'N'SEEK!

Autumn 2005:

FLEUR at NK. My crotcheted mohair necklaces will be sold at Nordiska Kompaniet in Stockholm. Available while stocks last!

October 2005:

Fiction Hotel exhibition. A group project with other beckmans students culminating in the exhibition at Kulturhuset, Stockholm. our contribution is a neverending bed for the year 2050, a spherical mattress that shuts off and logs out the world.
